Usage of parking meters

Pursuant to a decision by the Budapest General Assembly, the purchase of parking tickets from parking meters was discontinued as of July 1, 2026.
Parking tickets can no longer be purchased from vending machines.
Payment of parking fees is now possible exclusively through mobile parking.
